PILATES-BODY CONDITIONING

Pilates is a body conditioning routine that helps to not only build flexibility, but also strength, endurance, and coordination in the legs, abdominals, arms and back.

Ranjani Venkatesan is a PIA ( Pilates Institute of America ) certified Pilates Instructor and she conducts her Regular classes in Kormangala.

Venue:
Aero Fitness Centre , 310 , 17th Main Road ,5th Block , Koramangala , Bangalore -560095

Class Timing:  Tuesdays and Fridays  6.30.00 AM to 7.30 AM.

Course Fee:

  • Once a week – 1000/- per month
  • Twice a week – 1500/- per  month
  • Drop-in sessions – Rs.300 per session

Dress code: Wear anything that u r comfortable in ( No denim) . No Footwear . Carry a yoga mat .
