Founded in 2011, Palladium Dance Company has been a key part of Bangalore's Salsa dance scene, offering expert instruction and a vibrant community for all levels. Operating across three centers—Whitefield, Koramangala, and Kalyan Nagar—we specialize in the Mambo style of Salsa, catering to beginners, intermediates, and aspiring performers. Our dedicated studio in Koramangala provides a welcoming space for training, practice, and connection.

Meet the Instructors
Ranjani Venkatesan
Ranjani, the founder of Palladium Dance Company (established in 2011), is a seasoned dancer with a rich journey in the art of movement. Beginning with nine years of training in Bharatanatyam, she transitioned to Latin dance, mastering Salsa since 2007. With 17 years of experience, Ranjani has honed her craft under the guidance of renowned instructor Adolfo Indacochea. Celebrated for her exceptional social dancing, distinctive style, and deep musicality, she continues to inspire dancers and elevate the art form.
Prabhjot Kaur
Prabhjot, the senior-most dancer at Palladium Dance Company, seamlessly blends her professional life as a software developer with her passion for Salsa. Having trained under Ranjani since 2014, she has developed into a skilled dancer and has been teaching Mambo for the past three years. Known for her warmth, patience, and understanding, Prabhjot creates a welcoming environment where beginners feel at ease as they embark on their dance journey.
Naveen M
Naveen, an architect by profession, has been dancing Salsa for the past seven years. Starting as an absolute beginner, he has grown into a dedicated and skilled dancer. He now leads classes at Palladium Dance School’s Whitefield center. Known for his great sense of humor and patience, Naveen creates a fun and engaging atmosphere, making him a favorite among students.
Meet the Team
Ashwini Ashish
Ashwini, a software engineer, joined Salsa as a creative pursuit and has been passionately learning for the past two years. She leads the practice sessions (Practica) at Palladium Dance Company in Koramangala and assists with Level 1 classes. A regular at the Mucho Mambo social dancing events, Ashwini's love for dance shines through. Known for her approachable and responsible nature, she creates a supportive and encouraging space for fellow dancers.
Sanam Dasmahapatra
Sanam helps out with Palladium’s website and social media, making sure the content stays vibrant and engaging. Her work captures the joy and energy of dance, helping to connect the community and inspire others to join in.Beyond her role at Palladium, Sanam is a trained Classical Hatha Yoga Teacher and a Posture Alignment Specialist. She also enjoys pottery, playing the ukulele, and singing in her free time. Sanam started learning Salsa to step out of her comfort zone and overcome her hesitation about dancing —and she’s been embracing it ever since!
Ruchika Verma
Ruchika, the Studio Manager at Palladium Dance Company, handles student communication for Level 2 and above with warmth and efficiency. A former Team Leader at a MNC, she joined Palladium as a student in early 2024, eager to explore a new dance form. Currently honing her skills as a dancer, Ruchika is passionate about making new friends and helping people, bringing a personal touch to her interactions with students and the dance community.
