Barre Workout
Barre workouts are designed specifically for dancers and complement any dance form you’re currently training in. Meet The Trainers

Siddananda (Barre workout & Callanetics)
Sidananda brings over two decades of Ballet expertise to every class he teaches. With foundational training under Yana Lewis and a rich background spanning Ballet, Contemporary, and Jazz, his teaching focuses on proper alignment, injury prevention, and building strength in dancers. Influenced by esteemed mentors like Yana Lewis, Nakula, Maja Drobac, Michel Casanovas, Amy Chavasse, Giovanni, and more, Sidananda’s classes are a blend of technique, artistry, and mindful movement.

Amaresh K (Yoga)
Mr. Amaresh, a Bangalore-based yoga practitioner and teacher, has a deep understanding of performing arts. He holds diplomas in Theatre (Ninasam) and Dance (Attakkalari), training in Kalaripayattu, Bharatanatyam, Contemporary, and Ballet. With a Master’s in Yogic Sciences (Bangalore University) and certifications including RYT200/300, he has trained in Hatha and Ashtanga Yoga since 2012.

Adharsh Kiran (Kalaripayattu)
Adharsh is an experienced Kalaripayattu instructor with over a decade of training and teaching. He combines traditional techniques with modern fitness principles to offer a dynamic approach to strength, flexibility, and mindfulness. Currently training under Madhuthhupanam Gurukal, he continues to deepen his practice and knowledge of this ancient martial art.

Adharsh Kiran (Kalaripayattu)
Adharsh is an experienced Kalaripayattu instructor with over a decade of training and teaching. He combines traditional techniques with modern fitness principles to offer a dynamic approach to strength, flexibility, and mindfulness. Currently training under Madhuthhupanam Gurukal, he continues to deepen his practice and knowledge of this ancient martial art.

Atlee Afroz (Animal Flow)
Atlee Afroz is a certified fitness coach, Animal Flow Advanced Level certified, and Corrective Exercise Specialist. After transitioning from his previous career in 2015, he dedicated himself to helping others improve their health and fitness. He will be teaching Animal Flow at FlowFIT, combining his expertise in movement, fitness, and dance for a unique and dynamic experience.

Atlee Afroz is a certified fitness coach, Animal Flow Advanced Level certified, and Corrective Exercise Specialist.
