Barre Workout

Barre workouts are designed specifically for dancers and complement any dance form you’re currently training in. As an essential and fundamental training method, Barre work helps you master the basics of posture, alignment, stamina, and strength, regardless of your style. These dynamic routines enhance strength, flexibility, and endurance. Incorporating elements of Ballet, this full-body workout includes plyometric movements to improve power, core stability, and alignment while toning muscles. Perfect for cross-training, Barre workouts help dancers move with grace, power, and precision—whether you’re preparing for a performance or refining your technique.

Kalaripayattu

Kalaripayattu, an ancient Indian martial art form, is a transformative practice for dancers that strengthens the body, enhances flexibility, and improves coordination. With a focus on grounding and strengthening the lower body, it builds strength from the ground up, improving posture, agility, and fluidity. Elevate your performance and enhance your movement with Kalaripayattu—where tradition meets technique for a stronger, more balanced you.

Callanetics

Callanetics is a transformative workout that helps dancers build lean muscle, improve flexibility, and increase body awareness. Focused on precise, controlled movements, Callanetics strengthens the core, lengthens the muscles, and enhances posture—key elements for any dancer looking to refine their technique. With its low-impact approach, Callanetics offers a powerful way to complement your dance training, promoting agility, balance, and long-lasting strength. Elevate your dance performance with Callanetics—the ultimate workout for grace and power.

Pilates

Pilates is all about understanding your core and working from your centre, focusing on breath and posture correction. Through controlled movements, proper alignment, and breathing techniques, Pilates builds long, lean muscles, promotes balance, and boosts overall strength. Regardless of your fitness level, you’ll leave feeling more centred, strong, and connected.

Animal Flow

Animal Flow is a dynamic movement practice that taps into primal power and fluidity. Inspired by animal-based ground movements, it enhances strength, flexibility, and body control, helping dancers improve agility, coordination, and fluidity. By building core stability and balance, Animal Flow deepens your mind-body connection, making it the perfect complement to any dance training.

Yoga

This course is designed to guide you through mindful movement, breathwork, and deep relaxation. Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced yogi, we’ll focus on improving flexibility, strength, and mental clarity. Through a series of postures (asanas), breath control (pranayama), and meditation, you’ll cultivate a sense of balance and inner peace.
